Database Architect

As our Database Architect, you’ll be the architect of our extensive database ecosystem, which includes managing over 4,500 databases. This role is all about combining your technical know-how with analytical skills to address knowledge gaps within the organization and provide structured solutions. You’ll be expected to share your knowledge effectively, ensuring that others in the team are properly equipped to manage our database systems efficiently. Reporting to our Lead DevOps, you’ll play a crucial role in projects that are complex mainly due to their scale and impact on our clients.

• Migrating database collections efficiently to ensure smooth transitions.
• Resolving performance issues to maintain optimal database functionality.
• Improving database scalability to handle growing data demands effectively.

The setting is challenging: 800k users depend on our platform, so stability and scalability must go hand in hand. Moreover, we want to improve our database frameworks, increase robustness, and optimize many features concurrently. If you succeed, you will not only enhance our approach to database management but also positively impact the experience of 800k users (and growing) across the globe.
