Your Job

As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be the vital link that keeps over 7,000 employees informed about everything happening in the organization. Following the merger of two powerful companies, our next challenge is to deepen and embed our culture. Your role is crucial: you translate business plans into inspiring and effective communication. You shape these plans, develop engaging communication tools, and create compelling content. You will also coordinate various communication projects, focusing on our products, services, and customers. Together, we ensure that everyone feels involved and proud of our shared mission.

What you bring to the job

You are a communication talent with the ability to convey information clearly. With your experience in managing communication programs and projects, you effortlessly navigate diverse stakeholders. Your creativity and innovative thinking make you a valuable contributor. Moreover, you have experience with transformation and change processes, enabling you to embrace and lead change effectively.

Additionally, you bring:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in developing and executing internal communication plans
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Preferably knowledge of Agile transformations and digital technologies
• For this role it is a must to be proficient in the Dutch language, both spoken and written at C2 level
