You will become part of the Recruitment team, which consists of 3 Corporate Recruiters (2 for our legal vacancies, 1 for our Support departments) and 4 Campus Recruiters (working students focused on starting legal professionals). This team has ambitious goals, striving for refreshment, action, and results in a positive and cooperative atmosphere! One of our Corporate Recruiters is transitioning internally to a new role in the HR team, creating this opportunity for you. We ask you to position yourself as a true Business Partner and to support all branches before, during, and after recruitment procedures.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting starters and experienced lawyers, tax advisors, candidate notaries, and paralegals. Key tasks include:

Based on a 40-hour workweek, we offer a primary salary between €3800 and €5732. Depending on your experience, education level, and the interview process, we will make you an attractive offer after a positive selection process. From your first working day, you can start with your own training program, which you can assemble yourself on our extensive and professional (online) learning platform.
You will mainly work from our office in Rotterdam with an amazing view of the city; however, regular travel to our six different offices in the Benelux is part of your standard duties.
