Are you ready to take on the dynamic challenges of a fast-paced scale-up? If you thrive in an environment where adaptability is key, then Ubiqu is looking for you! We’re on the hunt for an Office Manager to help keep everything running smoothly as we grow.

What’s the role?

As our Office Manager, you’ll play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities will be varied, ranging from managing the office to administrative duties and financial tasks, supporting our CEO, Boris Goranov, and the wider team. You’ll handle agenda management, assist with marketing and sales initiatives, plan internal and external events, and manage the office’s overall functionality. In terms of financial support, your role will involve processing invoices, handling supplier orders, and preparing payments. Proficiency in English is required, and if you speak Dutch as well, that’s an advantage.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience as an office manager is a plus, but we value drive, initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances above all.
  • Comfortable multitasking and handling diverse tasks, from administrative to financial management.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential in a scale-up environment.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, order processing, and financial tracking is desirable.
