In Nutricia Worldwide with our demand generator model we aim to encourage sustainable growth of our business for our Early Life Nutrition products (Aptamil, Bebelac, Cow & Gate…) in 48 countries within 11 different time zones in the following regions the Balkans, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Asia and the CIS. We are business partnering with importers and distributors who represent our brands locally.

On the Role As a Project Team Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the IPRO team’s daily operations, streamlining project workflows, and developing key tools to enhance process efficiency. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Tool Development: Help design and implement internal tools to facilitate traceability during the Implementation/Launch phase, streamlining project processes.
• Workflow Optimization: Support the optimization of internal processes by building and refining workflows, clearly defining responsibilities, and assisting in training team members.

Knowledge you will acquire through this Internship:

• Understanding of IPRO Workflow: You will learn and understand the full ways of working (WOW) of the IPRO team: how to launch new products to the market.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to establish and maintain close contact with CBU stakeholders.
• Database Updates: Contribute to updating and maintaining project-related databases.

About you

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelors/Masters students with a background relating to Business.
• Strong ability to maintain a high-level overview of projects and tasks while being detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in November 2024/December 2024/January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Rijswijk office, at least 2 times per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
