NetApp’s Compensation organization seeks a Data Analyst who is passionate about using data to keep our programs competitive, solve problems, deliver insights, tell stories, and make an impact on employee experience and outcomes. This position combines responsibilities in HR data management and compensation analysis to provide valuable insights, maintain data integrity, and support compensation programs.
Your focus will be on compensation surveys, market analysis, data management, and people analytics. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally to understand reporting requirements, design effective solutions, offer insights from metrics, and develop reporting dashboards for a variety of audiences.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Compensation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience, as outlined above, is required. Experience supporting a global technology company is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, data analytics, or business curriculum preferred, but not required.
The base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $166,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits may include Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, an employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
