Regional Process Manager in Glasgow (Start Date - March 2025)
What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to implement an end-to-end repair service process based on global standards. The role involves leveraging the global process community to generate new ideas, exporting and importing the best process practices, and ensuring efficient end-to-end process flow. The job holder needs to establish strong collaboration within the service area leadership and Refurbished Tool Program (RTP) team to build a community of high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation of the end-to-end repair service process (excluding RTE, RTS processes) within the service area based on global standards (GPMS)
- Leverage the Global Process community to generate new ideas, export and import the best process practices, and ensure efficient end-to-end process flow
- Implement selected VIP services from the GTS catalogue
- Responsible for the regional/local process documentation, maintain and store on GPMS, ensure minimum global compliance, and enhance with local legal regulations if required
- Contribute to defining and locally execute the regional roadmap and targets
- Accountable for executing selected projects of the regional roadmap
- Responsible for regional Lean Management and defining the change management agenda alongside the responsible team leader
- Coordinate upcoming system releases (e.g., SAP Systems/R3, ByD, INET, HOL, Connected App, Operating Data Analyser) with local key users
- Establish an appropriate key user community and ensure their competence
- Proactively interact with regional stakeholders, such as Service Marketing, channel management, Process experts, logistics, and IT
- Establish strong collaboration within the Service Area leadership & RTP team to build a community of high-performing teams
What you need is:
- University degree, Master’s preferred
- Extensive professional working experience as a leader in an operational environment with a proven ability to engage and develop employees
- Passion for working with people at all levels of the organization
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, courage to make difficult decisions, and take accountability
- Proven change management experience
- Identification with operations and willingness to "get hands dirty"
- Willingness to travel and international mobility for a next career step
