Scrum Master

You and your job

You will have responsibility over multiple DevOps teams that need your daily support. You possess the ingredients necessary to make them a high-performing team, which will require your continuous involvement. You will work in the Identity & Access Management area, using your background to think along with the teams and liaise with the product owner and management.

Practical Example

• Teaching and applying Agile practices and Simplify@Scale
• Using Azure DevOps to enhance Squad professionalism and reduce administrative workload
• Collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Tech Leads to drive changes
• Ensuring a clear Scrum strategy within the department
• Being a workshop builder on Area level for multiple squads with a focus on the audience, goal, and effect of the workshop

• Facilitate effective team dynamics, empower members, and challenge them through clear communication, support, and agile practices.
• Facilitate your squad triangle (Tech Lead, Product Owner, Solution Architect)
• Manage Azure DevOps to make delivery plans and metrics second nature
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Creative and skilled at building connections within teams and with peers, demonstrating strong situational leadership and various Scrum Master roles (Servant Leader, Change Agent, Facilitator, Coach, Impediment Remover, Mentor, Teacher)
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles, with a flexible mentality to achieve goals
• Foster an environment of trust, sharing, and experimentation, empowering teams with responsibility and ensuring psychological safety
• Excellent communication skills and a proven team player
• Required knowledge and experience:Bachelor's or master's degree
• Certified (PSM1, PSM2) Scrum Master
• At least 2+ years of proven experience
• Experience in coaching and guiding high-performance multicultural teams
• Experience effectively intervening in both individual and group settings to enhance team maturity
• Proficiency in English communication
