Your key responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration with the Account Managers supporting Local and Regional Accounts and support Global Account Directors and Clients.
  • Perform tasks related to data maintenance in SAP & ATLAS, project management, coordination, and providing business/sales support.
  • Manage and maintain relevant master files and product databases, including pricing, forecasting, regulatory project updates, client notifications, and handling regulatory document requests and upkeep.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the standards required by our clients, as well as building close relationships with internal cross-functional, divisional teams.
  • Master company database systems to support vitality tracking, coordinate the brief-to-adoption process with ACM, and navigate project management tools for sampling, base tracking, and consumer tests. Interface with clients as needed, in collaboration with ACM.
  • Ensure that all information requested by the client is provided in a manner that meets their needs and standards (quality and timescale).
  • Coordinate sales under a given specific scope and collaborate with supply chain and customer care to ensure optimal service and continuity.
  • Responsible for creating monthly sales reports (NetRev, Volume, GM, PM) and manage portfolio creation and updates.
  • Take up any additional projects to support business growth.

You bring

  • Experience in Perfumery or FMCG with sound commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and databases with advanced PC skills in Windows (incl. PowerPoint and Excel). SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Drive, enthusiasm, proactivity, confidence, flexibility, the ability to work on your own initiative and proactivity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team working skills.
  • High attention to detail with diligence, professionalism, and a high standard of work.
  • Great administration and organization skills.
  • Resilience to perform at the highest standard in an exciting fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
