Team Assistant Legal

THIS IS YOUR JOB

As a Team Assistant Legal at Effectory, you will have a broad and varied range of tasks. You will be the point of contact for legal support and work closely with our Legal Team, consisting of two senior counsels. Within this role, you will have plenty of opportunities to grow, take on responsibility, and contribute to the further development of our company's legal interests.

What will you do?

• Contract negotiations: You will play an active role in commercial contract negotiations with customers and partners, ensuring clear and legally sound agreements.
• Legal advice: You will answer legal questions from colleagues and provide advice on various issues within the organization.
• Support in disputes: You will support the team in resolving legal disputes and contribute to the preparation of legal proceedings if necessary.
• Know How: You will stay informed about legal developments relevant to Effectory, especially in the areas of privacy and compliance, and help apply this knowledge within the company.
• Training: Occasionally, you will provide internal training to make your colleagues more legally aware of important themes such as privacy and compliance.
• Optimizing legal processes: You will help simplify and implement legal processes using (AI) tools and innovative solutions.
• Contract management and administrative tasks: You will manage our contracts and ensure that everything is up to date and complies with the latest regulations.

THIS IS YOU

• You are in the final stage of your bachelor's or master's in Dutch law and available for at least 2 days a week.
• You have a passion for legal issues and are proficient in privacy legislation and compliance.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English. German is a plus.
• You have a proactive and independent work attitude, but also enjoy working collaboratively in a small team.
• You are eager to learn and constantly seek ways to improve yourself and our processes.
