This Inhouseday also gives you the chance to build your network!

Based on the success of the previous editions, we are organising a Cultural Diversity Inhouseday yet again at our office in Amstelveen on the 5th of December! During this day you will get to learn more about what KPMG does, get to experience what it is like to work at KPMG through conversations with our colleagues, and we will dive deeper into the concept of inclusion,diversity and equity within KPMG. Aside from the amazing opportunity to learn more about KPMG and talk to several KPMG employees about their daily tasks within the organisation, you will also get the unique chance to take part in a professional training about personal development!
We will start the day with a lunch, followed by introducing KPMG, and learn about our values in regards to Inclusion, Diversity & Equity.
The presentation will be followed by a workshop, and continued by a fun activity (which will remain a surprise for now). We will end the day with a networking moment, which gives you an amazing chance for a meet & greet with different KPMG colleagues and departments.
All in all, aside from the opportunity to develop yourself on a personal level, this Inhouseday also offers you a unique look behind the scenes at KPMG in both a formal and informal way!
