Your Job

Als proposal & Contract Coordinator ben je een belangrijke schakel in het sales proces. Je verwerkt contracten wanneer ze gewonnen worden, zodat onze delivery afdeling weet wat er geleverd moet worden. Vanuit je technische kennis van ons Vodafone Business portfolio en onze B2B ketens weet je alles in goede banen te leiden en schakel je regelmatig met je collega’s van andere afdelingen. Je denkt in oplossingen en snapt dat er meerdere wegen zijn die naar Rome leiden. Weet jij de beste weg te vinden en zowel sales als klant perfect te servicen?

What You Bring to the Job

Je kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en systemen en krijgt energie van het feit dat iedere dag anders kan zijn. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, hebt een proactieve houding, kan goed overzicht houden en onder druk presteren. Je voelt geen schroom om (telefonisch) te schakelen met klanten en collega’s en secuur uitvoeren van je werk is geen probleem.

Wat verder belangrijk is

• HBO werk,- en denkniveau en enige ervaring met het werken binnen projecten
• Enige technische ervaring of aantoonbare affiniteit hiervoor. Je snapt bijvoorbeeld de techniek achter een vaste netwerkverbinding of telefooncentrale
• Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke Nederlandse taalvaardigheden. (Min C1 niveau)
