About the Role: Onestream Systems Administrator

As an Onestream Administrator, you will play a critical role in the Damen Group Control Team based in Gorinchem. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, implement, and administer all OneStream solutions for the team. This includes setting up and configuring financial systems, ensuring their proper functioning, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the financial team to ensure system security and alignment with organizational financial needs.
• Possess knowledge of core financial processes and best practices.
• Design and maintain system customizations and integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL queries, scripting, and other development tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Understanding of accounting and financial concepts and principles.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline (business administration/business economics).
• 3+ years of maintaining and development experience with OneStream (must).
• Experience with other financial planning tools, implementing software, and creating training content.
• A pragmatic and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Strong team spirit with the ability to connect with people.
• Ownership mentality, accountability, and delivery on promises.
