Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to build user-centric applications.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible, responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
• Share your knowledge through in-depth code reviews, daily stand-ups, and weekly get-togethers.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and advanced knowledge of CSS for styling and layout.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.
• Knowledge of state management and data fetching methodologies.
• Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative development.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with EmberJS for maintaining existing applications.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards to ensure equitable software design.
• Knowledge of TypeScript for enhanced code quality and maintainability.
• Familiarity with Vite or webpack for optimized build processes.
• Experience with Playwright or other testing tools for automated testing of web applications.
• Understanding of Ruby on Rails for backend integration when necessary.
• Experience with frontend performance optimizations to enhance user experience.

Location

Our office is located in Amsterdam. Our office features modern amenities, a gym, and spaces designed for both focused work and collaborative activities. Benefits

• Gross salary within the range of €60,000 - €65,000 per year (equal to €5,000 gross per month).
