Your Job

As Management Assistant within Finance Operations, you support Micha Ris (Director Finance Operations) and Roelant Lyppens (Director Business Control & FP&A). Whether it is about agenda management or organizing an event, with proactivity and decisiveness you help them to be successful. You are the point of contact for internal and external contacts and ensure efficient mail management. You plan, organize and think ahead. You always keep a cool head because you are in control.
