Senior Sustainability Analyst Standards & Policies As part of the Standards team, you will cooperate with colleagues across Rabobank to develop our Group-wide sustainability ambitions and plans, by driving sustainability policy development and implementation. With this, you contribute to our mission ‘Growing a better world together’. You and your job As Senior Sustainability Analyst, you have the organizational sensitivity and personal impact to shape the process of writing Rabobank Standards & Policies. The main focus of the job is on stakeholder management while balancing various interests and requirements. Stakeholders include the commercial business, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, DLL, Retail NL, Wholesale & Rural. Creating our standards and policies requires a coordinated, collective effort, that stretches beyond formal structures and plans alone. You consider client strategy, Rabobank's ambitions, commitments Rabobank has made, and external regulations we have to comply with. Results & responsibilities Prepare and coordinate the development of policy updates on key sustainability topics, such as human rights, animal welfare, or climate Align with stakeholders internally and facilitate external stakeholder consultation Support the implementation of sustainability policies Prepare decision-making in, among others, (senior) internal stakeholder meetings Enable project & change management activities The Standards team ensures that the guidance from strategy, sustainability expertise, regulations, and commitments, among others, is executed in sustainability standards, client- and credit processes. You and your talent You are currently living and allowed to work in The Netherlands HBO or university diploma 2 or more years of experience with sustainability in a corporate environment is essential 5 or more years of experience in a large, complex, international environment is essential Excellent social and stakeholder management skills; you connect easily and you can formulate clearly and to the point Ability to manage and implement (sustainability) projects effectively Fluent in English, verbal and written You are an energetic and ambitious team player, stress-resilient is also key You have a good dose of perseverance and a can-do mentality to negotiate and navigate the playing field This is what we offer you up to € 6,900 gross per month (scale 10) Additionally: thirteenth month's salary, 8% holiday allowance and an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion (salary, pension, holiday hours, …) A personal development budget to use every calendar year This is a selection of the terms of employment for a Senior Sustainability Analyst Standards & Policies based on a 36-hour working week.
