Accounts Receivable Officer

As an Accounts Receivable Officer you are responsible for collecting outstanding receivables and the subsequent administrative processing of the payments made. In addition, you ensure that new customers are screened before they are added to our customer base. Of course, the administrative processing of this is also one of your responsibilities. You also monitor the outstanding items and identify risks in a timely manner to the sales staff and the MT.

In order to perform your work well, you enjoy not only communicating internally with your colleagues, but also with external parties. Think of banks and credit insurers. You will work entirely at our office in Waddinxveen.

The ideal candidate

• Do you have an HBO working and thinking level, preferably an administrative education
• Do you have at least two years of relevant work experience
• Do you work carefully, structured and result oriented
• Are you willing to develop yourself
• Knowledge of AFAS is an advantage
• You have good communication skills
• Do you have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written. German is an advantage
• You are available for a minimum of 32 hour
