Your Job

Ons Retailkanaal is één van onze belangrijkste kanalen om onze klanten te bereiken en te binden. Ons landelijke netwerk bestaat uit strategisch gesitueerde winkels binnen twee Regio’s waar Sales en Service centraal staan. Als Manager Retail zorg jij voor optimale resultaten binnen jouw Regio en zorg je in samenwerking met de andere Manager Retail voor de ontwikkeling van de Retail organisatie. Je behaalt jouw successen door het inspireren en ontwikkelen van de teams en het constant aanjagen en verbeteren van de sales- en serviceresultaten.

• Gross monthly salary of between € 4.600 and € 6.600 - with growth potential.

What You Bring to the Job

Als coach en inspirator leid je een team van (Sr.) Teammanagers. Onder jouw leiding zorg je ervoor dat hun teams optimaal presteren in een prettige en stimulerende omgeving. In jouw regio ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom, evenals de uitvoering van people management taken. Dit omvat onboarding, people performance, personeelsplanning en verzuimbeleid.

In de rol van Manager Retail draag je de commerciële verantwoordelijkheid voor de toegewezen en overeengekomen verkoop- en service doelstellingen binnen jouw regio. Je bent ook medeverantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van het gehele retailkanaal en maakt deel uit van het B2C Sales Management Team.

• Je inspireert de managers die aan jou rapporteren en, indirect, de medewerkers in de onderliggende laag om het beste uit zichzelf te halen;
• Je bent een inspirerende leider met een duidelijke Retail toekomstvisie;
• Je draagt significant bij aan de B2C-verkoopdoelstellingen vanuit een strategisch-tactisch perspectief door middel van de aan jou toegewezen districten en het bijbehorende personeel;
• Sterk ontwikkeld in procesmatig denken;
• Als People leader ben je bekend met het managen van managers op afstand en bewezen succesvol te zijn als Peoplelead;
• Je bent in staat om strategisch tactische sales plannen te vervaardigen die ook operationeel te verwezenlijken zijn;
• Je houdt toezicht op de kosten en baten binnen jouw focusgebied;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Ervaring binnen de branche of een vergelijkbare omgeving is voor ons een groot voordeel.
