As the DevOps Lead - Azure at Eneco, you will be a driving force behind the energy transition by shaping cross-functional teams and fostering a robust engineering culture. You will lead in defining technical direction, building scalable solutions, and guiding your team to deliver measurable impact. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Define & Communicate Technical Strategy: Establish technical vision for tooling, platforms, and technologies tailored to the needs of various Product Families across Eneco.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and grow a squad of Platform Engineers, initially focused on the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Platform Team, with opportunities for future expansion.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to align technical initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless operations within and across teams.
4. Mentorship & Growth: Provide guidance and mentorship to your team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
5. Platform Ownership: Take responsibility for the reliability, scalability, and evolution of the underlying platform and infrastructure, supporting DevOps practices and the company's long-term growth.
6. Recruitment & Team Development: Lead hiring efforts, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth of team members to build a high-performing, motivated team.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about technology, teamwork, and making a tangible difference in the Energy Transition. You will thrive if you have:

1. DevOps Expertise: Proven experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps, CICD pipelines, Azure Cloud, Terraform, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ArgoCD, Helm, and Grafana.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong experience leading and mentoring technical teams, focusing on delivering results, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.
3. Strategic Mindset: Ability to set and communicate a clear technical vision that aligns with business goals while understanding the diverse needs of different Product Families.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively with Product Managers and other teams.
