HR Program and Transformation Manager

We are looking for a HR Program and Transformation Manager to join our EMEA & LATAM or APAC HR team. This role will serve at the critical cross-section of NetApp’s Talent Management strategy and execution, working as a part of the HR Business Partner to deliver on our most critical talent initiatives and programs. Serving as a “dot connector” between HRBPs, business leaders and our HR CoEs, this role will focus on key talent initiatives (namely, performance management, succession and talent reviews, skills marketing place and employee development) and help represent the voice of the region, ensuring that regional needs and perspectives are integrated into global HR initiatives. In turn, the HR Program Manager will work cross-functionally to support the design and last-mile of delivery of highest-impact talent initiatives that deliver tangible value to NetApp’s EMEA & LATAM or APAC business.

The ideal candidate has experience as an HRBP and can pivot between programmatic execution and strategic planning.

Hiring Manager, HR Department

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Design:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the EMEA and LATAM or APAC region and HR COEs (e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development).
  • Collaborate with COEs to customize and roll out programs that reflect the specific cultural, legal, and operational nuances of the region.
  • Ensure that best practices and innovations from the region are shared with global teams and integrated into future initiatives.

Program Management & Delivery:

  • Support HRBPs in last-mile delivery of key HR initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting on HR programs.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the delivery of HR programs.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices, particularly within the EMEA region, to ensure that programs remain relevant and impactful.
  • Contribute to the development of HR frameworks and toolkits that can be leveraged across the organization.

Change Management:

  • Develop and execute change management plans to support the successful adoption of HR programs in the region.
  • Support HR and business leaders in understanding and implementing new initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continued success.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional HR teams, business leaders, and global HR CoEs.
  • Serve as the voice of the EMEA region in global HR forums, advocating for regional needs and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Regularly communicate program status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.

Data & Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on regional data to inform future HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence and customizing global programs for regional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong change management skills and experience with large-scale organizational transformations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in last-mile delivery or logistics sectors.
  • Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in at least one other language spoken within the EMEA region.
