EHS Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced EHS Engineer to join our team. As a professional EHS engineer, you will help create an EHS internal management system and supervise the implementation across all production departments. The compliance procedures of safety and environmental management require your participation and support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Keep EHS compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant EHS legal/regulatory requirements and with EHS policy and performance requirements.
• Assist in handling government approval procedures related to safety and the environment.
• Assist in maintaining and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and management programs.
• Responsible for planning and organizing weekly/monthly regular EHS audits, inspections, and follow-ups to improve non-conformities.
• Ensure that regular inspections and risk assessments are carried out, recorded, and completed.
• Other work assigned by Supervisor.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in safety/environmental or relevant engineering field.
• Great experience in EHS system management (ISO14000/OHSAS45001), familiar with Turkish safety and environmental management requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish. Chinese language capabilities will be a plus.
