What you will be doing

In this role, you will gain experience working in a project environment. You will be expected to support the application of project management practices and be responsible for your own development. You will be operating one or more of the PM processes on a project, and be responsible for some aspects of processes or supporting more senior staff on a larger project. With our huge portfolio of products and multinational presence, there are opportunities to get involved in something different around every corner.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertaking a full range of activities in support of project management, given responsibility for aspects of a project, and facilitating the effective delivery of projects/programmes.
• Supporting the Project Manager through project reporting, escalating issues, and monitoring performance.
• Working independently on routine aspects of the activity, usually under guidance and supervision in more complex situations.
• You will be attending internal and external customer meetings as well as making sure the project runs to time, cost, and schedule, reporting any issues as early as possible.
• Driving plan changes to maintain progress and achieve targets.
• Preparing analysis (including determining the availability of resources) to support the effective development of more detailed plans.

Skills

As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or business/finance/legal/PM related fields.

On commencement of employment, you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the “Welcome Payment”). The Welcome Payment is subject to normal deductions and will be paid with your first salary payment.
