Consultant People Advisory Services Compliance

As a Consultant within the PAS practice, you will work in an internationally operating, motivated and enthusiastic team. You will support clients with the management of the complex declarations, reporting and risks directly related to deploying employees globally. You maintain contacts with employees working worldwide, the Tax and Customs Administration and with colleagues from (foreign) EY branches.

Who are you?

Are you an aspiring Consultant who sees yourself working in the People Advisory Services department? We are looking for someone who is accurate, numerically analytical and stress-resistant. A candidate who shows perseverance and passion in the requested work.

To be eligible for the vacancy, you must at least meet the following requirements:

You have completed a college education with a number of years of (relevant) work experience;

Or you are an enthusiastic (graduated) HBO/WO student with a relevant study background;

You have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English language.

What are you going to do?

As a Consultant within the PAS practice, you will work in an international, motivated and enthusiastic team. You'll support clients in managing the complex compliance, reporting, and risks directly associated with deploying employees globally.

You independently prepare tax returns and applications for a 30% ruling, you also deal with international social security requests;

You check assessments, answer questions and prepare objections;

You maintain contacts with the Tax and Customs Administration and with colleagues from (foreign) EY branches.
