What impact will you make?

At Deloitte, we offer various opportunities to get acquainted with our company and the function Tax & Legal. We organize the Talent Class annually, where you work abroad on a case with a group of about 20 students. After this trip, you can follow a student internship within one of our teams. For bachelor and master students unsure of the best team for them, we have the Ideal Part-time Job trajectory. During this trajectory, you work for two days a week as a working student in three different teams over six months. Every six weeks, you rotate to another team to get a good idea of which team you resonate with the most. We also offer the TOP Traineeship for recent graduates in fiscal or legal studies seeking their first full-time job!

How do you do this?

At Deloitte, you will likely engage in the following tasks, adjusted to your experience. These tasks may vary per team:

• Interpreting client needs;
• Understanding and implementing fiscal or legal issues;
• Delving into (fiscal) optimization and current developments;
• Keeping an eye on potential technological solutions to continue innovating.

• De mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van 55 uur oppasdienst per kalenderjaar, als jouw kind 12 jaar of jonger is.
• Een maandelijks budget waarmee je keuzes kunt maken in flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals extra vakantiedagen of het financieren van een fietsplan.
• Zes weken volledig betaald geboorteverlof voor traditionele huishoudens en regenbooggezinnen.
