Business Analyst

Support the UK passenger car business by working closely with IT and business teams, focusing on gathering business requirements, managing project launches, overseeing project lifecycle, and driving successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze digital requirements in overseas marketing, sales, after-sales, and other areas.
• Create concise and clear business process documentation based on discussions with multiple key stakeholders.
• Participate in the entire lifecycle of requirement management, including requirement management, testing, account configuration, API integration, go-live, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of systems.
• Assist in market research to understand industry trends and competitors' digital solutions.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis, with a good understanding of DMS, CRM, ERP, and other process-related IT systems; experience with UK automotive systems is preferred; experience in API integration projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members from different backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English for work purposes; ability to use translation tools for accurate English documentation.
• Proficiency in driving within the UK with a valid driver's license is a plus.
