Document Engineer

As a Functional Application Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of and expanding the current usage of the DocuWare Document Management solution for digital workflow and storage of documents.
• Taking ownership of and expanding the current usage of the DocuSign eSignature solution for ID verification and digital signatures.
• Developing and improving standardized digital document templates with the Altova stylesheet design tool.
• Developing and improving standardized digital document templates (e.g., Invoices) in EXACT.
• Driving innovation in the management, workflow, storage, and retention of leasing documents.

Primary Tasks

In this role, you will be a member of an Agile Team and will collaborate closely with Project Manager(s), Scrum Master(s), Product Owner(s), other Functional Application Managers, and business key users to contribute to new developments and configurations to facilitate system roll-outs and enhancements. Your primary tasks consist of:

• Analyze business requirements and translate those into concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Advising on best practice configuration to support the Functional Application Managers of DocuWare and DocuSign.
• Technical development to enhance document stylesheets, as owner of the Altova StyleVision toolset.
• Demo, instruct, and provide training to key and/or end-users, and create the user manuals for it.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize user stories in the backlog for sprint planning.
• Developing and refining document templates to support the business processes in different countries.
• Coordinating testing and deployment of relevant system functionality to the production environment.
• Communication with suppliers to stay updated on Document Management trends and new developments in the market.

You will collaborate with Functional Application Managers, each with their own specialization and key domain, to provide support.
