We do almost everything in-house, developing cutting-edge technologies and processes to ensure we continue to grow rapidly without missing a beat. If you’re a passionate Developer Experience Coach, we’re offering you the opportunity to join the diverse team at our Amsterdam HQ and make a real difference in our scale-up environment.
Picnic has over 30 software development teams, each highly involved with and essential to all parts of the company. From enabling a smooth shopping experience to ensuring we fulfil our customers’ orders efficiently in our warehouses, there’s a wide range of teams to work with. Product teams are independently running and are supported by our platform teams on key technologies and infrastructure.
You’ll be an integral part of the Developer Excellence (DevEx) team, dedicated to enhancing the developer experience across Picnic by optimising the way of working, tooling, and automations in teams. Your role as a DevEx Coach will be pivotal in guiding Picnic teams through the change and adoption process. You will be responsible for making these changes stick, while also nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
