We are currently looking for a motivated Functional Specialist Master Data and Reporting.

Are you the Functional Specialist that can be the successful bridge between IT and the dsm-firmenich users? Are you someone who always strives for continuous improvement? If so, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this position, you will act as the Functional Specialist being part of the global Functional Specialists Team. You will support the global Supply Chain business applications for business group Taste Texture and Health Ingredient Solutions in dsm-firmenich. This includes end-users and managers at various levels in the different business units and global regions. You will interact with Corporate Digital Services Department as well as with external software-providers.

You will focus on Master Data and Reporting systems. Experience or affinity with E2E Supply Chain processes (SAP SD, MM/PP) is required. As well as experience with reporting tools such as Every Angle and Business Warehouse.

Your work includes improvement projects, continuous improvement, support for running business and maintenance of business rules for master data. The main applications are SAP and Business Warehouse. You will ensure that business processes will be modelled correctly in the TTH-IS standard application and carefully judge the needed customizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the optimal functioning of supported business processes and applications, collaborating with relevant dsm-firmenich corporate departments and 3rd party software suppliers.
• Support improvement projects, including requirements gathering, process improvement, test script writing, testing, project implementation, training, and user support.
• Work with corporate IT for the development of changes and improvements to the systems.
• Establish, share, and enforce best practices for master data management and reporting tools, covering SAP, Business Warehouse, Every Angle.
• Ensure global standardization and harmonization of master data, processes and tools at BG level.
• Coach, train, coordinate, and evaluate the relevant group of Regional Key Users while acting as a liaison between RKUs and 2nd line support teams, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and addressing ICT security aspects and incident response for uninterrupted business continuity.

• Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 57,829 to € 82,613 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6.11% my choice budget and much more.

You Bring

• Possess a relevant bachelor's degree and secondary certifications in areas such as Supply Chain Management or SAP.
• Demonstrate proven and robust knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM/PP, along with technical knowledge on SAP tables and the relations between tables.
• Exhibit strong understanding of various business processes, particularly E2E supply chain.
• Showcase experience in the process- or food-industry.
• Demonstrate a track record of collaboration in diverse international organizations, actively contributing to project goals and providing knowledge support.
• Display a proactive drive to professionally support internal customers, coupled with analytical, critical thinking, detail-oriented, deductive reasoning, practical/pragmatic approach, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP4HANA and integration projects.
