As the go-to person for our clients, you'll be at the helm of various projects and proactively anticipating any potential roadblocks. Your top priority is to guarantee seamless project execution and to keep our clients satisfied. You're not just a skilled project leader, but also possess great knowledge of Growth Hacking strategies. You have the ability to recognize, experiment and scale opportunities across a range of channels. Your extensive knowledge of the digital business world allows you to design digital strategies that align with the broader business goals and objectives.

Your friendly attitude and great attention to detail help you build trust and long-lasting relationships with clients. This, in turn, helps you easily solve any problems that come up. You're also skilled at explaining complex ideas to clients and are great at dealing with unexpected situations during presentations. You're always prepared and can handle anything that comes your way!

Sounds good, what will I be doing? 💻

• Establish and maintain relationships with over 6 - 8 clients, managing various projects at the same time.
• Create digital growth strategies based on different online marketing channels.
• Read various performance metrics and come up with ideas on how to improve those.
• Present and communicate complex ideas and information to the client.
• Think strategically with the client and anticipate potential consequences.
• Work closely with different in- and external teams
• Keep up with the latest developments in the field of digital marketing.
• Think along with how Marveltest can grow and develop.

What is expected from me? 💼

• 1-3 years of proven and relevant work experience in a similar role as a marking/advertising/growth hacking consultant or account manager for a digital agency.
• Good understanding of various Digital Marketing Channels such as paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, display advertising, and more.
• A relevant Master’s degree, preferably with an organizational/marketing/business focus.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Available for 40 hours per week.
