About the Job 💼

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and Layout: Create and layout electronic systems at the PCB level.
  • Specifications: Develop specifications for electronic systems, ensuring they meet requirements through validation and testing.

  • Component Research: Evaluate and select components for our products.

  • System Level Design: Specify system-level components, such as power supplies, motors, wiring harnesses, and displays.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical and manufacturing engineering teams to design products at a system level.

  • Testing: Write and execute test plans during the design and production phases.

  • Certification: Assist in guiding products through EMC and safety certification testing.

  • Documentation: Develop clear documentation for engineers, technicians, production teams, and customers.

About You 🎯

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent, Masters is a plus

  • Experience: Proficiency with Altium Designer and familiarity with design for manufacturability.

  • Experience leading custom design through NPI cycle (including compliance testing) is preferred, Altium Designer (or similar tool) 3-5 years experience.

  • Programming Skills: Experience programming embedded systems, especially in C or C++.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise with electrical test and measurement tools, Hands-on prototype experience a plus, including soldering to IPC standards

  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail.

  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
