Market and Consumer Insights intern

• Student of a relevant Masters, HBO or WO education, preferably data science related
• You are familiar and comfortable with Dashboarding in PowerBI
• Looking for a challenging internship from September 2024. Preferably 11 months but 6 months is also possible
• Interested in retail and have an affinity with interior design and living
• Communicative skills and accurate and accurate in your work;
• Good at maintaining an overview and you don't get stressed at busy times;
• Proactive and able to pick things up quickly;
• Proficient in the English language, both in language and writing;

What you'll be doing day to day During the internship, you will support the IKEA Netherlands CCI team with all-round support. In practice, you will mainly work in dashboarding projects such as:

• market data
• costumer data
• sales data
• stores performance

The Insights department consists of a total of 4 colleagues, and we offer leadership in all strategic and tactical decisions made at IKEA NL. As a member of IKEA’s Insights team, you’ll work at IKEA Netherlands' headquarters in Haarlem At the head office, we work with various departments – such as Marketing, Customer Relations, Sustainability, IKEA Food, Finance, Logistics and Sales – to support our 13 stores. Depending on the level of education, internship duration and number of hours of internship per week, you will receive an internship allowance according to the collective labor agreement of IKEA Netherlands. The gross internship allowance per month for a full internship week is €340, -. You will work at our Service Office in Haarlem. The start date is from the beginning of September.
