Overview

To better support po1 insights excellence and drive future growth opportunity driven by deeper insights enabled with 2nd Horizon innovations esp. for salty snack category. This position will need to 1) working together with Po1 insights lead to facilitate on insights capability building, e.g. build research methodology playbook and toolkit; 2) Build solid cross category innovation framework from ideation to in-market performance monitoring to support company future growth ambition through salty snacks platform; 3) dedicate to support salty snack 2nd

leg growth innovation related projects and work closely with category team

Responsibilities
  1. Building Po1 insights capability playbook by working with category insights leaders and explore on future solutions
  2. Responsible for designing, executing and delivering innovations framework from ideation to in-market performance monitoring through the practise on salty snack platforms
  3. Working together with salty snack category insights leader to translate business question into rights research action plan finding the right partners, conduct clear briefing and bring deeper consumer insights to key stakeholders
Qualifications

Bachelor degree

minimum 6~8 years total experience in insights, research or consulting in FMCG category, foods related is prefered.

familiar with both quantitative & qualitative research methodology, knowledge on digital, TMIC or AI tools is prefered.

The candidate should show strong story telling capability and be able to translate consumer findings to business implication.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years working experience within in-house, and a strong team worker and open to take challenges
