As Quality Manager you will be responsible for quality activities in the site level, management systems, Non-conformance management, customer documentation, quality control activities.

Your key responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day Quality staff (QC and QA operational activities) and ensure resources are efficiently utilized.
• Keep the ISO and FSSC certifications.
• Ensure highest priority to safety and protection of health of our employees, our customers, and the general public, as well as to the protection of the environment.
• Builds, motivates, and leads the Quality site community in line with dsm-firmenich core values.
• Manage and control the Quality operation including sensory, analytical and micro controls, documentations, systems with full responsibility to achieve short- and medium-term objectives set by plant management.

You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food or Chemical Engineering or related areas.
• Demonstrate previous experience in Quality Control and people management is required.
• Previous work experience with Sensory Evaluation and Chromatography analyses.
• Advanced English skills (written, listening, and spoken) is required – Intermediate Spanish is desired.
• Desirable knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000.
• Knowledge working with SAP and Advanced Excel skills.
• People-oriented profile, nice communication skills
