AS Watson, the world's largest international health and beauty retailer, is looking for a talented individual to join our Store and Promotion Technology team. As an O+O Store Technology Product Owner, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding software and hardware solutions to support the AS Watson O+O strategy. Our team is at the forefront of introducing innovative systems, features, and functions that propel our business growth and enhance the customer experience across our O+O platforms.We recently defined our 3-year strategy for Store-Tech and are now moving into the execution phase. • Strategic Task Management: Translate high-level strategies from senior product managers into detailed development tasks, employing Agile methodologies to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Backlog Leadership: Manage and prioritize the Operational Store Platform (OSP) product backlog to streamline development processes and focus on key priorities.
• Scrum Collaboration: Participate in and organize Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely and impactful OSP updates.
• Market Insights: Continuously gather and analyze customer and market data across the AS Watson regions to ensure OSP aligns with user needs and market trends.
• IT Synergy: Maintain close collaboration with regional IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of operational systems.
• Documentation Control: Ensure all product documentation is current and effectively supports the OSP, enhancing usability and compliance.

This role would be a good fit for you if:

• You are proactive in learning about customer and market needs across different regions to ensure your product offerings are competitive and responsive.

What you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. Retail experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Speaking Chinese would be appreciated (not a must).
• Experience in Agile project management is highly preferred.
• A good understanding of different development methodologies to effectively challenge developers and define optimal solutions with the product team.
