The Opportunity

We are hiring a Paid Search Specialist who will report into the PPC & SEO Manager.

• Drives and executes the day-to-day campaign management for Pmax, Search, Display & Video.

• Responsible for driving the campaigns and core KPIs of top line revenue, sessions, impressions and views.

• Provide input and work together with the PPC Manager to deliver results and to meet expectations of accelerated market growth in line with targets.

• Deliver deep data driven analysis (e.g. GA4/Tableau/Google Ads Reports) and provide insights to PPC Manager

• Provides essential input for weekly trade reports and executes follow-up actions coming out of weekly trade meetings

• Liaises with PPC Manager to collectively drive and optimize the performance of the Google Ads campaigns

• Works cross functionality with Development, Trade and Brand to optimize and improve campaign performance

  Key Accountabilities

  • Conducting research and data analysis to ensure effective use of targeting strategies and keywords for our PPC campaigns.

  • Develop, implement and optimize PPC campaigns across Google & Microsoft Ads.

  • Managing ad spend to maximize ROI.

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust campaigns accordingly.

  • Collaborating with Trade, Development and Brand teams to ensure.

  • Ensuring testing and implementation of latest PPC trends and best practices to continuously improve campaigns.

    About you

    • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in SEA and experience in e-commerce.

    • Proven track record in optimizing campaigns to achieve ROI or CPO KPIs.

    • Proficient in managing large PPC accounts in various languages.

    • Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics.

    • Proven strategic insight and analytical skills. Knowledge of Tableau and Data Studio is a plus.

    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
