Dealer Service Evaluation Engineer

About the role

The Dealer Service Evaluation Engineer, you will

• Conduct quality evaluation of sales and after-sales services, providing feedback on the quality status from a customer perspective.
• Identify opportunities for improvement by benchmarking against competitors and suggesting enhancements.
• Regularly publish service quality assessment results and report them to the company

As Dealer Service Evaluation Engineer you will:

• Arranging inspections, organizing data, and archiving information for the European market.
• Participating in on-site evaluations of distributor services in the European market.
• Providing on-site guidance and diagnostics for automotive dealership sales personnel.
• Assisting the China business department in implementing management requirements effectively.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in science or engineering, experience in quality management is preferred.
• More than 1 years of relevant work experience in quality management. Experience in quality management in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Familiar with basic tools and methods of quality management, such as , DFMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, etc.
• Good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language, other European language capabilities will be a plus.
• Interested in Chinese customs and culture, willing to embrace Chinese culture, and aligned with Chinese management principles.
