Portfolio Associate Norway - Antler Nordics

Antler is looking for a highly driven Associate to lead our portfolio management function in Norway from our Oslo office.

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Nordic team as Portfolio Associate in Norway. In this role, you will work closely with the portfolio team across the Nordics as well as the local Partners of Antler’s Fund in Norway to evaluate investment opportunities, support portfolio companies, and contribute to the overall success of our investment strategy.

About the job

The Portfolio Associate role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across our entire Antler value chain, with its core being post-investment support to our most recent investments after each residency/program cycle. As the portfolio matures, the Portfolio Associate will adapt its role accordingly in our companies' success, making sure that we remain a valued partner to our founders for years to come.

What you will do:

• Build relationships with and support portfolio companies on fundraising, growth, hiring and other key areas
• Carry out market research, due diligence and prepare investment-related documents to assess investment opportunities and provide insights and analysis to the Investment Committee
• Monitor, review and report performance of existing investments
• Support companies in closing financing rounds and Antler’s follow-on investments including coordinating sendouts and signing of term sheets and other legal documents
• Contribute to Antler’s overall portfolio success and thought leadership regionally, globally and externally. For example, driving and sharing new best-practice processes
• Represent Antler and build and maintain relationships with the local investor community
• Organize events such as local Investor Day, angel lunches, community events for portfolio companies and more

Who you are:

• Master's degree in entrepreneurship, finance, business, economics, or a related field
• Self-driven, proactive attention to detail, takes ownership, and enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills, including market analysis and financial modeling
• Team player with excellent communication skills and with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Passion for entrepreneurship, tech, startups and venture capital, and a belief that the world needs more innovators to drive impact
