Data Quality Manager

As a Barclays Data Quality Manager, your role will involve assisting with the activation of Group Financial Crime Operations (GFCO) data domain. You will be providing crucial data analytical and reference support while providing, data domain ownership and managing data to support Wholesale Client Onboarding & Group Financial Crime. This area has a high level of risk associated with it due to the regulatory nature of the work and is highly audited to satisfy regulatory expectations.

What will you be doing?

Supporting activation of Group Financial Crime Operations (GFCO) data domain

Leading calls and executing on the data governance and data management plans for GFCO

Partnering with Technology organization to ensure logical and physical data models exist for critical data elements

Assisting the design and build the target state data architecture for GFCO as per the standards

Strengthening the organization’s data management operations by expanding the use of data to inform support GFCO work

Ensuring overall Data Governance mission, vision and strategic objectives are met for setting up GFCO Data Domain.

What we’re looking for:

Ability to engage across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at a senior level across the Barclays International and Barclays International

Analytical and ability to problem solve, ready to meet regulatory and risk management requirements along with excellent client and colleague engagement

Ability and willingness to get into the details; must be solution-oriented

Abilities to design, manage and accurately report KPIs, SLAs, quality and performance across the business areas

Skills that will help you in the role :

Proven deep knowledge of technology and data infrastructure across a heavily regulated environment

A confident understanding of data management standards and data governance principles
