Fin-OPS Engineer

As our Fin Ops Engineer, you are part of our international Business Technology team. As a Fin Ops Engineer at vidaXL, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract management process within Business Technology (BT), ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to implementation.

You will:

• Ensure that all contracts within Business Technology (BT) are signed.

• Convert signed contracts into Purchase Orders (POs) and integrate them into the workflow.

• Maintain frequent communication with external parties and suppliers.

• Monitor the entire process from contract signing to implementation.

• Master the cost structure and allocations, understanding financial flows.

You have:

• MBO+ level with relevant experience.

• Ready for the 2nd or 3rd career step.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in financial management and cost analysis.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
