The Opportunity

As an E-commerce Merchandise Intern in the Commercial department at Body&Fit, you will be at the forefront of the company's online business operations. The Commercial department is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, sales, and revenue generation for the e-commerce platform. Your role within this department will focus on enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and optimizing product-related processes to contribute to the brand's growth and success.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage Product Portfolio: Take charge of coordinating product launches, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings.

• Overlook Best Before Date & Outlet Page Process: Ensure strict adherence to best before dates, and optimize the outlet page to drive sales.

• Explore Dynamic Pricing Tool Reports: Analyze dynamic pricing tool reports to make data-driven pricing decisions for enhanced profitability.

• Merchandise Mailbox Maintenance: Support the team by completing requests coming from different departments and stakeholders.

• Manage Promotional Rules and Coupons: Support the creation of initiatives and appealing offers through our backend platform.

  About you

  • Passion for E-commerce and Fitness: The ideal candidate should be genuinely passionate about the e-commerce industry and have a strong interest in the fitness and sports nutrition space.

  • Business and/or Economics Background: A background in business and/or economics is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of online retail and business operations.

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure the website's visual appeal and accuracy of product information.

  • Innovative Thinker: Bring fresh and creative ideas to the team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with various teams.

  • Team Player: Be eager to work collaboratively with diverse team members and demonstrate a willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

      This role will require 3 days in the Amsterdam office per week.

      Please note: To be eligible for this position you need to have a valid working visa / permit to work in the Netherlands.
