In the Team for our European Distributor Markets (EDM), we are responsible for our Prestige (Makeup, Fragrances and Skincare) and Consumer Beauty (Color Cosmetics, Mass Scenting and Bodycare) businesses in > 40 countries in EMEA, through >30 independent distributors as well as some of EMEA’s biggest and fastest growing E-Com customers. Our scope of countries includes a wide range of business models and demographic/cultural differences, resulting in very diverse trade and consumer landscapes ranging from Scandinavia to Israel, from Greece to Eastern Europe including the CIS region and also touching consumer in key markets across Western Europe via our E-Com executions. Coty is seeking a highly motivated person to join Coty`s Trade Marketing team for the Europe Distributor Markets. This role will closely collaborate with the full commercial team, Marketing and Sales, with Finance as well as Distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance our total investment tracking capability creating benchmark/guidelines on how to allocate the commercial mix
  • Support the team on the Monthly Commercial Meeting organization
  • Map current distribution landscape to identify growth opportunity and risks
  • Gather best practices on 4P across the region and enable sales manager with clear action plan across 4P
  • Support the team on pricing via actionable analysis


  • Passion for beauty and our brands, and a strong affinity with the dynamics of the FMCG
  • HBO/WO Student (Bachelor/Master), for this internship it is important you remain enrolled with your university during the whole internship
  • Proactive and hands-on
  • Passion for analytical work
  • Flexible and loves challenges
  • Good communication skills and likes to work in a team
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months and starts from Mid-February / March 2024 to September 2024. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
