Joining forces within your multidisciplinary squad, you'll play a role in bringing to life the architecture and delivery of our Unified Data Solution, together with the other squad. This solution is the bedrock upon which we'll craft and nurture credit risk models, both new and existing. Facts & Figures 36 hours per week Our Tribe consists of 9 Area’s, 5 of them focus on the different portfolio areas. The Tribe CA consists of almost 700 colleagues of which over 200 are Tech. Top 3 responsibilities You are an strong (Python/SQL/Spark/Databricks) developer and you work as an engineer in one of the squad of UDS, with the common goal to create and deliver Model Data Sets in a unified way. You are comfortable in discussing technical improvements with product owners and ensuring they end up in the sprints. You can work with all squad members (not just developers) in delivering a better product. As an Azure Databricks Engineer you should particularly excel in the following Rabo skills: Complex problem solving Agile Mindset Excellent collaboration skills Client focus In addition to these skills, you should recognize yourself in below checklist: Relevant Education: hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Azure Databricks Expertise: proven track record as a specialist in data and Tech, flexible and constructively critical attitude, strong analytic mindset, result-oriented and proactive, continuously wanting to improve. Relevant experience: you need to be able to guide a squad in the topics: Automated testing, Modularized coding and Workflow implementation Relevant Knowledge and Experience: Strong grasp of Azure, Data Engineering practices, and tools. Excellent experience with Azure cloud and cloud concepts, SQL, Git, Databricks and Test and Data Quality methodologies. You are and remain abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these in the execution of your development work. In addition, with us, you can also expect:  a gross monthly salary between €3.711,- and €6.130,- (scale 8 or scale 9 based on your experience, 36 hours per week (40 hours possible)). 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December. an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out. an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,- 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Then choose a commuting allowance. a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week. a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance. Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
