WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

Responsible for talent acquisition, newcomer onboarding, outsourced employees, and production support management. Assists in internal talent transfer for development purposes to continuously build employer branding.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Recruitment and Retention

    • Responsible for recruitment activities, coordinating appropriate assessments or skill testing tools, provide appropriate feedback to candidates and line managers to ensure the hire of the "right person at the right position " practices in talent selection for both internal and external recruitment.

    • Closely coaching GBS with permanent positions’ recruitment activities. Support GBS to ensure smooth collaborations with Hiring Managers and deliver results when needed. Manage the onboarding process timely.

    • Monitor the internal and external environment changes, and take the initiative to retain the right person in the organization.

    • Monitor temporary and outsourced vendor delivery, quality, and procedures to support company operations in a timely manner. Raise the issue to the relevant party promptly. Effective communication and service quality are to be provided based on the business requirements of relevant parties.

  • Developing Employer Branding Strategies
    • Develop and implement Employer Branding strategies that are aligned with the local direction and global strategies.
    • Drive branding initiatives/projects and engagement activities to build the Company's image.
  • Budget Management

    Responsible for Headcount and budget planning for outsourcing and recruitment expenses, expenditure analysis, and support on factory audit. Support on PR/PO process under outsourcing.

  • Production Support
    • Work closely with production and other factory for Production support requests.
    • Coordinate and finalize the processes that involve booking flights, hotel reservations, shift schedules, home leave, and work permits.
  • Business Partnership
    • Developed required policies and procedures, put them into implementation, timely review and update.
    • Participate in the ASP process, produce reports, verify the figures, make action plans, and monitor P&C-related KPIs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree (preferably a degree in HR, Psychology, or Sociology).
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, headcount management, vendor management, and labor law.
  • Work experience in any manufacturing company (semiconductor/food/non-food/technology)
  • Excellent Chinese and English communication skills
  • Functional Skills:
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Effective and professional verbal & written communication skills
    • Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on driving and delivering on objectives and executing day-to-day requirements
    • Project management skills and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated individuals with the desire to succeed and motivate others
