What does your workingday look like?

In our Control & Reporting team, we take a proactive role in advising and monitoring strategic, financial, and operational risks from the front line. We deliver high-quality services to both internal and external stakeholders and continuously adapt in an ever-changing environment that is becoming increasingly complex and demanding. Our team ensures clarity in risk management, establishes an appropriate Risk & Control framework.

Are you captivated by concepts such as Risk Appetite, Risk Report, Dashboarding, Risk Self-Assessment, and enhancing and monitoring controls? Are you enthusiastic about exploring these areas further and do you have innovative ideas to improve these processes? If this resonates with you, then this position is indeed crafted for you!

Who are you?

Do you have basic understanding of Operational Risk Management aspects? Are you enthusiastic, proactive and creative at solving problems? Then we are looking for you! Besides:

• You are able to work independently and as a collaborative team member;
• You are looking for an internship from September 2024 onwards;
• You are available for at least four days a week, for at least 20 weeks;
• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program;
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in the Dutch and English language.
