About the Job

3PO is the leading organization within Danone Specialized Nutrition (SN) managing 2 main topics; 1. Co-Manufacturing relationships & purchasing 2. Centralized primary logistics for SN network. Within the SN network we take a unique position. On one hand we manage a part of the direct flows from Supply Points (SP) to Country Business Unit (CBU) and on the other hand we manage 100% of the indirect flows via our warehouse in Haps.

Next to SN we are also expanding our scope into all other categories (Essential Dairy and Plant-based and Waters). As part of this expansion we are looking for a business controller managing several logistic flows.

You responsibilities will include:

• Managing, with the support of a senior business controller, a few specific logistic control topics (e.g. warehouse, write-off or transport)
• Animation of results with business teams
• Driving cost efficiency discussions with business teams
• Managing full Planning and Control cycle for your scope (Month close, Rolling Forecast and Standard Costing)

As a Business Controller Logistics, you bring solid business control experience and a strong collaboration ethos. With experience in business control roles, you utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis and you easily build connections with people within your network of colleagues and stakeholders who will be in different locations. Your resilience in addressing complex financial challenges is evident, and you thrive in dynamic environments. While familiarity with tools like Tagetik, SAP, and Microsoft's Power BI and Power Query is advantageous, your ability to derive actionable insights from financial data and tell a story is paramount. Joining our team, you eagerly contribute your financial expertise to collaborate effectively toward shared objectives.

Furthermore you have:

• Degree in Finance or related field
• At least 2-3 years of work experience as business controller
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
