HR Coordinator - Graduate

Your mission at Irdeto:

You will be responsible for HR administration throughout the employee journey, such as onboarding and offboarding activities. Provide first line support to employees and HRBP’s, manage all general queries via the HR EMEA inbox, completing and maintaining employee personnel files and data changes in our HRIS (SuccessFactors), draft employee change letters and ensure personnel changes are updated for payroll input, benefit enrollments and administering employee sick leave.

How you can add value to the team?

• Educational degree or higher.
• Preferably some experience in (HR) administration in an international environment
• Fluent in English & Dutch verbal and written communication.
• Experience using HRIS systems – SuccessFactors and/or Oracle is a plus!
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, always-changing environment.
• Perfectionist, with excellent administration and follow-through.
• Highly organized and an absolute multi-tasker.
• Team player, with a lot of curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
