Job Description:

The Order Management Intern coordinates daily customer service operations, handles administrative requests and queries from Order Management Team Leads and/or Manager.

What will you work on?

• Assist in order processing and communication with customers in a timely manner
• Assist in managing order issues such as pricing, incomplete orders, proof of delivery
• Answer and direct internal and external calls
• Partner with Supply Chain to resolve issues
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
• Assist in collecting data to negotiate non-compliance charges
• Document internal procedures and customer’s procedures
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by OMS Team Lead and Manager, Order Management

How will you fit into the team?
The Order Management Intern reports to the Manager, Order Management.

What are your skills and experience?

• Education: High School (preferred Business Academy), University student
• Specialization, field: Economic, finance, business
• Language skills: English C2; other language is advantage
• MS Excel, MS Word
• High consistency and focus on details
• Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
• Have the ability to work autonomously when required
• Be a team player
• Be dedicated to customer satisfaction
