Position Summary Samsung Electronics Benelux is at the forefront of providing cutting-edge display solutions to customers across the region. Within the Professional Display Division, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our key processes towards our partners. Role and Responsibilities For the Partner Program (PRM) you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our partner program system to ensure seamless operations towards our partners. The objective of our Partner Portal is to offer automized support towards our B2B channel partners resulting in Ease of doing business and ultimate grow B2B business revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of partner relationship management (PRM) systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Regarding supply chain expertise you will be responsible for creating an optimal flow and aligning all operations. As the main contact point for order management and deliveries, you will be in constant communication with our customers, sales and logistic partner. You align with the SCM team in regards to planning and support your colleagues with reporting and valuable insights Your base will be Schiphol office from where you will jointly responsible for the customer Operations regarding Supply Chain and Partner program. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain processes for display products, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Optimize supply chain efficiency through forecasting, inventory optimization, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to align demand planning efforts. Cultivate strong relationships with partners and oversee partner performance to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Administer and maintain the partner program system, including configuration, user management, and data integrity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing; Sales) to understand business requirements and translate them into the enhancements. Create best practices for partner program and recommend process improvements to the European team. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries related to the program system, providing support and guidance as needed. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in the onboarding of new partners to the program system, providing training and support as necessary. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in partner program management and PRM systems. Skills and Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the electronics or display industry. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools and systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
