You are the driving force behind the cloud-first journey of Rabobank! This requires a fresh vision on application management in a cloud setting: SaaS management.
Within our Area Customer Engagement we take SaaS management very serious and we believe that managing a SaaS is more than just paying the monthly bill and giving users access to the application. Therefore we created our own SaaS maturity model that helps us in reaching our ultimate goal: being in control with our SaaS solutions in the broadest sense and getting the most out of the SaaS for the Rabobank.
Our SaaS solutions currently support thousands of Rabobank employees to provide a seamless customer journey. We currently maintain more than 10 (and growing) SaaS solutions. This enables more than 100 feature teams. In effect, your work will touch the total digital presence of Rabobank!
You are essential in challenging the vendors to comply with the high security and compliancy policies of the Rabobank. You also guide and support teams in making use of the wide range of SaaS capabilities within the Rabobank landscape.
Your role will be to onboard the new and manage the existing SaaS solutions and make sure they are compliant with all the Rabobank rules and regulatory standards. You will optimize the usage of the SaaS solutions in the field of Customer Engagement.
The SaaS solutions are focussed around Customer feedback management, digital analytics and other marketing and Corporate communication tooling. As more SaaS solutions will enter our Area also the number of SaaS engineers will grow.
At Customer Engagement we enable personalised and relevant communication with our customers. We create and maintain self-service communication channels, so that our internal stakeholders can reach the customer at the right time and in the right channel.
You will be a member of an Agile squad that has focus on SaaS management and driving SaaS maturity. The team will consist of like-minded people with a focus on solutions and broadly developed expertise. We're looking for a SaaS engineer who can work well within a squad, is pro-active and takes ownership.
You are a strong relationship builder. You have got a passion for cloud, technology and being in control of (IT) risk.
