What will you be doing:

• Be an active contributor to the Transformation & Change Management in Transformation programs
• Shape and deliver communications and change efforts aimed at breaking down silos across transformation, fostering a collaborative transformation community.
• Foster a collaborative and cohesive team culture within the Transformation network, promoting learning, sharing, and reapplication of knowledge.
• Advise initiative owners/transformation leads on Change & Communications to effectively deploy their transformation programs/objectives.
• Act as a sounding board to Transformation Leads, providing strategic Change & Communications advice.
• Propose and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of tools to empower the function to communicate and plan for change activities.
• Develop change management and communication deliverables such as stakeholder maps, impact analysis, and communication decks.
• Track, report completion of change deliverables, and anticipate risks and roadblocks to the Transformation Leads.
• Manage communications to the Leadership Team and People Managers.

What do we ask from you:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Strategic Management.
• Several years of experience in change management, change communications, program/project management, transformation programs, or related fields.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent active listening skills.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in change communications.
• Proven ability to be an independent contributor with experience in managing communications processes across complex organizations.
• Structured, organized, and stress-resilient personality with the ability to quickly understand issues and find countermeasures.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
• Team player with the ability to influence others and work towards a common vision or goal.
• Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Dutch or other languages would be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 4056,33 EUR to 5447,07 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
